HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN A TINNIE?
A tinnie holds 4 adults. However. if you have 2 children under 12, you can fit 5 people in total in the tinnie (3 adults and 2 children under 12)
DO YOU PROVIDE LIFE JACKETS?
Yes, we have life jackets ranging from child’s XS (10 – 15 kgs) to adults XXL.
HOW DO I BOOK OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
DO I NEED A BOAT LICENSE TO OPERATE A TINNIE?
You can book online at our - online booking page
Bookings are required 24 hours in advance of hire to ensure availability and all bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation.
Cancelled bookings will be refunded in full where payment or deposit has already been made. Minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation is appreciated. Any bookings cancelled due to COVID-19 will be refunded in full.
No, you don’t need a boat license for our tinnies. Our experienced team will give you all the training and guidance you need to have a fun day out on the water. (NOTE: self drive Pontoon bookings do require a marine boat license)
AT WHAT AGE CAN MY CHILD HIRE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT?
All potential hirings will be considered individually, contact us for more details.
WHAT DO I DO IF I CANNOT START THE BOAT OR RUN INTO DIFFICULTIES?
Don't panic, call us on 0449 504 398 (our phone number is on the side of the tinnies) and we will advise you or come and assist you.

Yes, you need to wear a life jacket at all times with all of our equipment
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Hats, sunscreen, water, snacks and a warm/wet weather jacket are all recommended.
